What do I do in case I receive a defective/damaged book from FunOKPlease?

We follow strict quality controls for packaging and shipping to our customers. If something is wrong with the books being shipped by FunOKPlease, we certainly want to help you.

If a book ordered by you on FunOKPlease is delivered to you in a damaged/defective condition, please initiate return for exchange as per process mentioned below. We will respond with details on how to send the book back to us and details needed for the exchange to be completed. On receipt of the book, we’ll immediately send you the replacement copy and also compensate you for the costs incurred in sending the same to our office. If the book is not available in stock, you would be also eligible for an immediate refund

You may only return if the product is damaged or spoiled

You may initiate return for an exchange within 3 days of delivery by sending us an email at sonali@funokplease.com including the following:

  • Order number
  • Goods being returned
  • Reason
    • Faulty product (misprinted, page missing etc)
    • Damaged goods (torn, damaged, torn)
    • Wrong order received
    • Picture of the book with visible damage/misprint etc

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by FunOKPlease.
